Rosalind "Rozi" Lopez serves as the Director of Client Solutions at The Fresh Perspective Group. She has over a decade of experience with nonprofit technology from multiple perspectives: as an end-user, admin, project manager, developer, and system architect. Her goal is to help turn nonprofit technology into something that 'just works' for clients rather than a source of anxiety and a drag on valuable time.She achieves this by focusing on end-user experience and maintainability.
While able to nerd out about Salesforce with the best of them, her mantra is "it doesn't matter how cool it is if no one can use it or understand how it works." Rozi enjoys mastering the unique 'language' of each organization that she works with and being reminded that there is always more to learn from her clients and colleagues.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rozi found her way home again after some time in the Bay Area of California. She loves soccer, Star Wars, big Texas sunsets, and spending time with her family.
