With a knack for talent acquisition, strategic planning, employee engagement, performance management, and fostering diversity, Mandy has a well-rounded skill set. She holds an active SHRM-SCP certification and is known for her ability to balance compassion and compliance, coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
One of Mandy's proudest achievements was designing and implementing the "Emerging Leaders" training program at Rust Consulting. This initiative not only reduced turnover and enhanced collaboration but also brought Mandy immense joy.
