Jen Cole has over 20 years of experience building and mentoring high-performing business development and customer service teams. Her career has spanned a number of industries including professional services, nonprofit technology, telecommunications, travel, and franchised business ownership.
Jen spent 12 years in senior executive roles at KELL Partners and Exponent Partners; two firms specializing in custom implementations of Salesforce, a cloud-based CRM, for nonprofit organizations. Outside of her professional roles, Jen is a board member of The Okanagan Science Centre in Vernon, British Columbia and also actively involved with OKGN WMAN, Okanagan Women’s Mentoring and Angel Network.
Jen is based in West Kelowna, B.C.
