Christina Lytle is a Solution Consultant at The Fresh Perspective Group, bringing a unique mix of creativity and technical expertise to her work with nonprofits. She started her career in the arts as a CRM Manager at a performing arts school, where she discovered a love for databases and automation. That curiosity led her to take a leap—leaving her job during the pandemic to complete a software development bootcamp, earn her Salesforce Administrator certification, and step into the world of nonprofit tech consulting.
Now, with certifications in Salesforce Administration, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I, she helps nonprofits simplify complex systems, automate workflows, and make data more accessible. One of her most meaningful projects was developing a managed package for United Way, improving donation management and increasing their capacity to serve their communities.
Christina chose TFPG because of its collaborative, people-first approach, where expertise and impact go hand in hand. Outside of work, she loves a good story—whether in a great book or an unexpected experience, like the time she met Dick Van Dyke and had him sign a prop her husband built for a school production of Mary Poppins!
