Jen Cole has over 20 years of experience building and mentoring high-performing business development and customer service teams. Her career has spanned a number of industries including professional services, nonprofit technology, telecommunications, travel, and franchised business ownership.
Jen spent 12 years in senior executive roles at KELL Partners and Exponent Partners; two firms specializing in custom implementations of Salesforce, a cloud-based CRM, for nonprofit organizations. Outside of her professional roles, Jen is a board member of The Okanagan Science Centre in Vernon, British Columbia and also actively involved with OKGN WMAN, Okanagan Women’s Mentoring and Angel Network.
Jen is based in West Kelowna, B.C.
Julie Loyd is the VP of Services at The Fresh Perspective Group, with 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Her career in nonprofit technology began as an accidental Salesforce admin at a family services organization in New York. Julie holds multiple Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce System Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and has been involved with over 150 nonprofit projects.
Julie has served on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, where she provided professional development opportunities and led the DoGooder Games, raising money for local nonprofits. Her passion lies in reducing administrative time for nonprofits, enabling them to focus on raising funds, reaching more service recipients, and enhancing volunteer support and experiences.
Julie is known for her loyalty, strategic planning, and ability to prepare for the unexpected. Outside of work, she is a reader, traveler, cat mom, and true crime enthusiast. Her dedication to supporting nonprofits and her commitment to making a positive impact make her an invaluable leader at TFPG.
Barbara Bends is the Vice President of Finance and Legal at The Fresh Perspective Group, bringing 18 years of experience in helping nonprofits harness the power of technology to amplify their impact. She is a certified Salesforce Administrator and Education Cloud Consultant, and holds a certificate in Leadership in Nonprofit Executive Management from Rice University.
Formerly a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Barbara blends her financial expertise, legal knowledge, and tech savvy to empower nonprofits. In essence, she integrates these skills to provide comprehensive solutions that address the unique challenges nonprofits face, ensuring they can focus on their mission and maximize their impact.
Mandy Kutschied is the VP of People at The Fresh Perspective Group, bringing 15 years of experience in HR across for-profit, non-profit, and higher education sectors. With a knack for talent acquisition, strategic planning, employee engagement, performance management, and fostering diversity, Mandy has a well-rounded skill set. She holds an active SHRM-SCP certification and is known for her ability to balance compassion and compliance, coupled with a high level of emotional intelligence.
One of Mandy's proudest achievements was designing and implementing the "Emerging Leaders" training program at Rust Consulting. This initiative not only reduced turnover and enhanced collaboration but also brought Mandy immense joy. Seeing employees transform into confident leaders reaffirmed her passion for People Operations.
Mandy joined The Fresh Perspective Group to help create something new with a team that cares deeply about their mission. Outside of work, she loves exploring new cultures and cuisines, reading, and spending time with her dog, kiddos, and husband (not necessarily in that order)! "
Pamela brings a wealth of varied experience to her role in building a unique, supportive and collaborative style of philanthropy at The Fresh Perspective Group. To do that, she brings an empathetic perspective and servant leadership style to engage and support the needs of both clients and people lucky enough to work here.
Her experience as a corporate philanthropist and technologist, as well as her work as a Senior Nonprofit Account Executive focused on foundations in the Salesforce ecosystem for nearly a decade, perfectly positions her to do groundbreaking philanthropy work at The Fresh Perspective Group.
Pamela believes working at The Fresh Perspective Group is simply a natural extension of her identity. She believes deeply in putting people over profits, simplifying the work, being trustworthy, and having fun along the way. Besides making people laugh, her superpower is relationship building. It is those relationships that she hopes to support her in delivering a fresh perspective on our philanthropic efforts.
Pamela earned her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and is a proud, voracious New York sports fan - by birth and by choice.
Rosalind "Rozi" Lopez serves as the Director of Client Solutions at The Fresh Perspective Group. She has over a decade of experience with nonprofit technology from multiple perspectives: as an end-user, admin, project manager, developer, and system architect. Her goal is to help turn nonprofit technology into something that 'just works' for clients rather than a source of anxiety and a drag on valuable time.She achieves this by focusing on end-user experience and maintainability.
While able to nerd out about Salesforce with the best of them, her mantra is "it doesn't matter how cool it is if no one can use it or understand how it works." Rozi enjoys mastering the unique 'language' of each organization that she works with and being reminded that there is always more to learn from her clients and colleagues.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Rozi found her way home again after some time in the Bay Area of California. She loves soccer, Star Wars, big Texas sunsets, and spending time with her family.
Justin Green is the Director of Business Development at The Fresh Perspective Group. He started in tech for good over a decade ago and has worked with impact organizations in many ways, from volunteer recruitment to revamping fundraising and program management technology to being an Accidental Admin. Prior to moving into consulting, Justin worked in the nonprofit and education sectors. He is an eight-year veteran of the Salesforce for Nonprofits ecosystem and holds four Salesforce certifications: Business Analyst, Administrator, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Education Cloud Consultant.
Justin believes the best part of working in nonprofit technology is the people. He enjoys understanding and alleviating the challenges that people face in their jobs, especially when those people are doing meaningful work. He joined The Fresh Perspective Group because he believes in the ability of technology to maximize impact and enjoys working with nonprofits to solve problems. In his personal life, Justin is a musician and backyard chicken keeper, and he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.
Marthe Rana is a marketing expert with over a decade of experience, including six years in social impact marketing within the nonprofit tech sector. As the Director of Marketing at The Fresh Perspective Group, she excels in crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth.
Marthe holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from San Jose State University and is skilled in leveraging a variety of digital marketing tools. Marthe’s leadership is defined by her client-centric approach, consistently highlighting the stories and impact of nonprofits. Her dedication to creating meaningful connections aligns perfectly with The Fresh Perspective Group's mission to simplify technology for nonprofits. Outside of work, Marthe enjoys spending time at the beach with her French bulldog, Aurora Frenchialis, the northern light of her life.
Courtney Good is the Director of Client Experience at The Fresh Perspective Group, where she leverages 15 years of expertise in nonprofit technology and leadership. Her career has been dedicated to increasing nonprofit impact through effective systems. From leading enterprise CRM projects to optimizing operational systems and business processes, her skills in strategic planning and project management are tailored to support mission-driven organizations. One of her proudest accomplishments has been implementing an enterprise Salesforce system for a museum that streamlined operations, improved insights, and provided critical information for data-driven decision-making through a major move and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Courtney loves getting to know clients, understanding what drives them personally and professionally, and supporting them in their technology journeys. She organizes her life in spreadsheets, including planning for outdoor adventures and travels around the world with her husband and two busy boys.
Mira Greene is the Director of Sales Engineering at The Fresh Perspective Group. She is a 9x certified Salesforce Administrator and Consultant with over five years of nonprofit-focused Salesforce consulting experience and more than a decade of direct nonprofit administration experience.
Mira is deeply committed to supporting nonprofits, both in her professional work and in her community. She is a subscriber and donor to local theatre and serves on the board of a nonprofit that supports programming and trail restoration in her local state forest. Mira is passionate about developing innovative and sustainable technology solutions that address client hopes and challenges without creating additional work. She is excited to be part of The Fresh Perspective Group's mission to develop new, better ways of using technology to serve nonprofits.
Samantha Hanley serves as the Wellness Coach at The Fresh Perspective Group, bringing a rich background in both education and counseling with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. With over a decade of experience, Sam has been dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among individuals, their families, and their peers.

Heather Ballachey is an independent marketing advisor for The Fresh Perspective Group. She has 16 years of experience in B2B marketing roles, with seven of those years in organizations exclusively providing professional services to the nonprofit sector. Marketing suits Heather because of her innate curiosity about people and ability to connect with them.
Heather was a volunteer for nine years with Big Sisters of BC Lower Mainland, a mentoring organization for girls in the Vancouver area. She is thrilled to be involved with The Fresh Perspective Group while also pursuing her entrepreneurial goals as co-founder of Change Bomb, a marketing agency focused on supporting entrepreneurs and small teams. An avid reader, Heather can often be found with her nose in a book when she isn’t running around after her three kids and beautiful cat.
Christina Lytle is a Solution Consultant at The Fresh Perspective Group, bringing a unique mix of creativity and technical expertise to her work with nonprofits. She started her career in the arts as a CRM Manager at a performing arts school, where she discovered a love for databases and automation. That curiosity led her to take a leap—leaving her job during the pandemic to complete a software development bootcamp, earn her Salesforce Administrator certification, and step into the world of nonprofit tech consulting.
Now, with certifications in Salesforce Administration, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I, she helps nonprofits simplify complex systems, automate workflows, and make data more accessible. One of her most meaningful projects was developing a managed package for United Way, improving donation management and increasing their capacity to serve their communities.
Christina chose TFPG because of its collaborative, people-first approach, where expertise and impact go hand in hand. Outside of work, she loves a good story—whether in a great book or an unexpected experience, like the time she met Dick Van Dyke and had him sign a prop her husband built for a school production of Mary Poppins!
